Fifteen years of building before we ever called it coaching.

Avantrix Business Coaching was born from a simple frustration: most founders we knew were brilliant at their craft and losing years to avoidable mistakes. Not because the information didn’t exist, but because nobody held up a mirror at the right moment.

The firm started with a handful of referred founders . Today we serve 300+ clients across 12 industries and two countries. Our coaching work has helped clients raise capital, enter the US market, and build leadership teams strong enough to run without them.

What is your coaching philosophy?

Coaching is not teaching — it is structured thinking with accountability. We help you see your business more clearly, decide faster, and execute with discipline.

How is business coaching different from management consulting?

Consultants deliver reports and leave. Coaches build your capability and stay. Our engagements make you a better decision-maker; consultants make the decisions for you.

Do you have clients in person?

Yes. We work with clients virtually across the USA, and globally via Zoom and Google Meet.

What frameworks do you use?

We draw on OKRs, SWOT, GROW, PESTLE, BCG Matrix, and SMART goals — but always adapt them to each business. We resist one-size-fits-all.

What languages do you coach in?

Yes. Sessions are conducted in English. For international clients we accommodate schedules across US time zones.

Do you take equity in client companies?

No. We are paid in cash fees only. This keeps our advice clean and conflict-free.
